What is Lymphatic Drainage?

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, light-pressure technique used to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote the removal of waste and toxins from the body. This type of massage is particularly beneficial for individuals who have undergone surgery, have lymphedema, or experience chronic swelling.
